Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

This is what we expect from you
• Ideally, you have completed training as a tax clerk, payroll specialist, or human resources specialist
• At least two years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Experience in human resources at a company bound by a collective bargaining agreement would be desirable
• Expertise in income tax, social security, and labor law
• Proficiency in using common MS Office applications
• Enjoying personal interaction with our employees
• Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written); knowledge of English is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Timely monthly payroll processing, including all administrative preparation and follow-up work
• Maintaining time tracking
• Communication with health insurance companies, insurance providers, government offices, and authorities, as well as handling registration and certification procedures
• Handling of entry and exit formalities
• A knowledgeable point of contact for executives and employees on issues related to tax and insurance law, as well as payroll matters
• Coordinating collaboration between companies and staffing agencies
• Recruiting support: applicant management and filling positions with the help of temporary workers
• Coordinating collaboration with the company physician
